All to feed their heroin addictions! I hope Children Services gets involved immediately & permanently removes the kids from all of these folks! Welfare should also bring charges against anyone receiving money or food stamps since they definitely did NOT report all of their income! Followed by the IRS, State Auditor, and city taxes. Put everyone away for a few years & you have just eliminated a lot of druggies & thieves from this area! Good job to our area police!
