Frank Peters, with the Bowling Green Parks and Recreation Department, clears away a tree alongside a trail within Tucker Woods at Wintergarden/St. John's Nature Preserve in Bowling Green last week. Peters spent the afternoon of July 29 along with co-worker, Cinda Stutzman, working on routine trail maintenance. The woods were damaged during the July 7 wind storm. The trails through the woods are open but walkers are asked to stay on the trail for their safety. (Photo: J.D. Pooley/Sentinel-Tribune)
