Traffic blitz starts Friday PDF Print E-mail

The Wood County Sheriff’s Office’s “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” traffic blitz will begin Friday and run through Sept. 2.
During that period, deputies will work additional hours, funded by the grant, looking for impaired drivers, enforcing traffic laws and monitoring speed and seat belt violations.
The blitz is funded by the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Governor’s Highway Safety Office.
