Toledo man sentenced to 7 years for possession of cocaine and heroin

A Toledo man who received an aggregate of seven years in prison on drug charges was among those recently
sentenced to prison in Wood County Court of Common Pleas.
Antwan L. Huggins, 31, pleaded no contest to one first-degree count of possession of cocaine and one
second-degree count of possession of heroin following a July 2013 incident reported in Lake Township.

Court documents alleged he was a passenger in a vehicle containing more than 36 grams of cocaine and over
15 grams of heroin.
Huggins had initially been indicted on trafficking in cocaine and heroin charges as well; those charges
were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
He received seven years on each count, with the sentences to be served concurrently for a total of seven
years.
Also recently sentenced were:
• Mario Flores, 24, Bowling Green: eight months for trespass in a habitation.
• Daniel Gallagher, 23, Risingsun: 15 months for trafficking in heroin with a firearms specification.
• David Grilliot, 41, Bradner: 17 months for attempted sexual battery; he was classified as a Tier III
sex offender.
• Antonio Liddell, 24, Toledo: six months for trafficking in marijuana.
• Rashawnda Lomas, 26, Wauseon: 12 months for receiving stolen property, two counts of forgery.
• James Long, 50, currently listed at Pickaway Correctional Institution: six months for possession of
heroin and possession of cocaine.
• Donald Miller, 44, Toledo: 11 months for theft from an elderly person.
• Kristopher Moore, 30, Detroit: 18 months for failure to comply with the order or signal of a police
officer.
• Donald Taylor, 31, Grand Rapids: six months for possession of heroin.
