And the last outhouse (located originally on Poe Road across from the high school behind a house that no longer exists) is now on display at the sewer treatment plant.
All that, and I'm still tired of everyone whining about all of these old, run-down buildings that should be used for "office space." Been past the old Pharm building lately? How about the mall? There are lots of available buildings in Bowling Green. The old ones need to go!!
The new things we build today will one day be "historical", too, and they may need to go so that another improvement, a positive upward growth, can be put in its place.
Learn to let go. We have photos, videos, plenty of documentation preserved. There is not room on Planet Earth to preserve EVERY physical entity. Embrace the change; you will see it is for the better for all.
BRSU72, maybe to many regulations in this FREE country of ours? If you stiffle free enterprise long enough ,you just won't have any,that is really good for the economy though, I suppose.
I think the city building and the police building shoud be torn down too, now that has some merit......without all those folks we could save some good tax dollars we could spend on ...ourselves!
