Teen found during vice operation at hotel in Perrysburg

PERRYSBURG – A 16-year-old girl was rescued during a vice operation at a hotel here, according to a press
release from the Wood County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office, Perrysburg Police Department, the Ohio Attorney General’s Ohio Bureau of Criminal
Identification and Investigation and the FBI Crimes Against Children Task Force conducted the operation
on Friday.
During the course of the operation, a 16-year-old female was rescued from the human trafficking trade and
was subsequently returned to her family.
Three individuals were arrested included: Edward L. Carney, 75, Sandusky; Albert Flores, 38, Lorain;
Matthew A. Wolfe, 41, Fremont, all for soliciting prostitution; Richard Pope, 25, Luna Pier, Mich.;
Naomi A Rolen, 24, Toledo; and Desmond C. Henry, 29, Toledo, all for promoting prostitution; and Erika
A. Quisno. 29, Toledo, for theft.
The soliciting charges are third-degree misdemeanors, the promoting prostitution is a third-degree felony
and the theft is a first-degree misdemeanor.
