All three men implicated in an Oct. 8 armed robbery have been indicted by a Wood County grand jury of both aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary.
Timothy Sewell Jr., 21, of North Enterprise, Thomas Kolleh Jr., 19, and Thomas James, 21, both residents in dormitories on the Bowling Green State University campus, each were indicted.
Kolleh and James are both in custody at the Wood County jail while a warrant has been issued for Sewell. Thomas is a resident of Kreischer Darrow Hall; while Kolleh is a resident at Offenhauer Hall. Kolleh is also listed with a Southfield, Mich. address
According to Bowling Green Police, the three men, all listed as students at BGSU, were armed with a handgun in the incident. They are alleged to have robbed two other men in an apartment in the 500 block of North Enterprise Street, then fled the scene with a small amount of marijuana and cash.
Their cases have all been assigned to Judge Alan Mayberry's court.
All of the charges are first-degree felonies.
If convicted and sentenced to the maximum on each count consecutively, they could each serve up to 20 years in prison.
