Crim elementary students reported they were approached by an unidentified man Wednesday.
At 10:20 a.m. Bowling Green Police took a report from two students of a black male in his 30s with short hair, wearing a black coat, approaching them as they walked to school in the area of the numbered streets around 8 a.m.
According to the children the male walked up to them and asked them where they were going and what street they were on. He then commented how it was cold and asked if they wanted a ride. When they declined and walked away the subject did not follow them. There were no threats or attempts to make physical contact reported.
Those with any information as to the identity of this person are asked to contact the Police Division.
