Toledo Area Ministries SNAP case managers will be visiting several sites throughout Lucas and Wood
counties during August to assist low-income individuals and households in pre-screening and completing
applications for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
SNAP is the new name for the federal Food Stamp Program.
If you are having trouble feeding yourself or your family or have a question concerning SNAP, call
419-654-4744 to make an appointment at one of the sites below. If these days and times do not fit your
schedule, please call and arrange an individual appointment at 419-654-4744. Take a picture ID. Walk-in
clients are welcome.
• Aug. 1, 10 to 11 a.m., First United Methodist Church, 1526 E. Wooster St., Bowling Green.
• Aug. 4, 1 to 2 p.m., Pemberville Library, 375 E. Front St., Pemberville.
• Aug. 5, 11 a.m. to noon, Owens College Food Pantry, 30335 Oregon Road, Perrysburg.
• Aug. 6, 11 a.m. to noon, Way Library, 101 E. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg.
• Aug. 18, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Perrysburg Senior Center, 140 W. Indiana Ave., Perrysburg.
