Rudolph/Libbe receives Build Ohio Award

WALBRIDGE – Rudolph/Libbe Inc. has received a 2013 Build Ohio Award for its work on PRO-TEC
Coating Company’s Continuous Annealing Line Facility in Leipsic.The awards were announced recently by
the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Ohio in Columbus.The project won top honors in the category
of New Construction over $30 million. This is Rudolph/Libbe’s 10th Build Ohio Award. Rudolph/Libbe Inc.
served as design/build contractor for the PRO-TEC project. GEM Inc., one of the Rudolph/Libbe Companies,
performed steel erection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.The 462,000-square-foot building
included a main structure, a high bay, office space and a diesel fire pump building.Build Ohio is an
annual awards competition that honors members of the Associated General Contractors of Ohio for
excellence in construction. A panel of construction professionals selects winners based on excellence in
project management, innovation in construction techniques or materials, client service and meeting
project challenges.
