For a short time Thursday, the Bowling Green Christian Food Pantry was not accessible due to flooding in the area leading up to the pantry.

Within hours pumps were brought in and the water was removed from the area.
Woessner and other volunteers were very concerned as the rising water was within a couple inches of crossing the threshold at the pantry door which could have caused damage to some of the food.
