ROSSFORD – A suspect in a bike theft at the Rossford Public Library on Monday has been identified, and
police have issued a warrant for his arrest.
The Rossford Police indicated that Bryan K. Spychalski Jr., 24, Toledo, is wanted for the theft of a $600
Trek bicycle from the site. Spychalski was caught on camera at the scene.
Police indicated that after video footage was viewed, it was learned that Spychalski presented his Ohio
Offender ID card to the front desk to obtain a guest pass to log onto the Internet, and he was
subsequently identified.
