Ricard honored in D.C for service PDF Print E-mail

On Sept. 24, 2012, Sgt. Mary K. Ricard was killed by an inmate at Arkansas Valley Corrections, in Crowley County, where she worked.
This week during National Police Week, she was honored in Washington, D.C., as her name was placed on the memorial wall for fallen officers.
Her husband, Tim, four children and nine grandchildren were able to attend the ceremonies, which were held Wednesday.
Tim Ricard is the son of Tom and Jeanne Ricard of North Baltimore and is a 1976 graduate of Bowling Green High School.
