ROSSFORD - A fourth man already indicted in an rape case in the city turned himself in Thursday.

Brown had been at-large since the October incident. He is to appear in court today.
The others involved in the case - Howard Henderson, 24; Dajuan Henderson, 27; and Cornelius Taite, 35, all of Toledo - had previously been arrested.
All had already been indicted in the case and were charged with felony counts of rape and sexual battery.
The incident was reported Oct. 26 at 4:50 a.m. when police were told that four suspects fled a Rossford residence near Dixie Highway and Lime City Road after the rape of a 26-year-old female.
