Power has been restored to all affected buildings at Bowling Green State University.

Classes will resume at 5 p.m. at the affected locations.

A BGSU spokesperson said a transformer failure was responsible for the problem.

Repairs were made with the help of the Bowling Green Municipal Electric Division.

The Administration Building, Family and Consumer Sciences, West Hall, South Hall, Shatzel, Founders, Hanna Hall, University Hall and sorority houses near the Union were affected.
