LIME CITY - The Perrysburg Township Police Department's Citizen's Police Academy begins this spring.
Classes will be held April 4 through May 30 from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Applications will be taken Feb. 25 through March 1. Space is limited.
Applicants must:
• File complete applications and must be at least 21.
• A criminal history check will be conducted. Applicants with questionable criminal records will only be admitted upon written approval from the chief of police. A release of information must be completed.
• Participants are required to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.
• Participants are not permitted to carry weapons at any time.
To reserve a place in the class, contact Sgt. Mike Munoz at (419) 874-3551 or visit perrysburgtownship.us to obtain an application. Perrysburg Township and Perrysburg residents will have preference.
