Bowling Green Police report that just after 8:50 p.m. Michelle Haver, Custar, driving a 2000 Chevy Venture, was westbound on East Napoleon when she failed to yield the right of way while turning left and struck an eastbound 2000 Buick LeSabre driven by Tracy Freese, Bowling Green. Freese sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was taken to Wood County Hospital by Bowling Green Fire/EMS. Haver was cited for right of way from a left turn. |
