PERRYSBURG - Muster on the Maumee will return to Fort Meigs June 15-16.
The event is one of the nation's largest and most diverse historical timeline events, featuring 10 centuries of soldiers from Roman Legions to the modern American military.
Muster on the Maumee will take place from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days.
Military re-enactors will portray soldiers including Vikings and medieval knights, and troops from the War of 1812-era, the American Civil War-era, and both World Wars, among many others. Period camps will be available for tours, as will include uniform and weapons demonstrations by the troops.
Event admission is $9 for adults, $8 for seniors, $5 for children (6-18 years), $1 for Ohio Historical Society members, and children five and under are free. Prices for two-day passes are $13.50 for adults, $12 for seniors, and $7.50 for children.
Active military service members will be admitted free with appropriate ID.
