PEMBERVILLE - One man was injured Wednesday after his motorcycle struck a vehicle on U.S. 6, just west of Pemberville Road.
The Wood County Sheriff's Office reports that Gregory Warden, Bradner, was driving a motorcycle eastbound on Route 6, behind a vehicle driven by Dan Sutter, Rossford, when Sutter slowed down for traffic.
Warden was reportedly unable to slow down in time, and laid down his motorcycle on its left side. The vehicle then struck Sutter's vehicle from behind.
Warden, who was not wearing a helmet, was partially ejected from the motorcycle during the incident.
He sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was taken to Wood County Hospital by Pemberville EMS.
Warden was cited for failure to control.
