FOSTORIA -- A man with Perrysburg connections remained on the loose Monday morning in connection with a homicide that took place about 1:30 p.m. Sunday in Fostoria.

One person was killed and a second person injured.

The Fostoria Police Department states on a Facebook post that the suspect is Calvin Dixson, a 37 year old black male, who fled after shooting a firearm. The suspect is possibly driving an older Dodge pickup truck, green or gray in color.  Dixson should be considered armed and dangerous, and should not be approached if seen; dial 911 to report a sighting.
Fostoria police say Dixson has connections in Perrysburg, as well as Cleveland.

One of the two victims involved in the incident had a protection order against Dixson, and the Fostoria Police Department believes this is an isolated incident.
