Revival starts tonight in Luckey
LUCKEY - Emmanuel Free Will Baptist Church, 4560 Gilbert Road, is holding a revival today through Saturday.
Services start at 7 p.m. each evening. Paul Staton from Marion will be preaching.

Haskins budget meeting tonight
HASKINS - The Haskins Village Finance and Audit committee will meet at 7 tonight in the town hall to discuss the budget for 2011.

Elmwood sets special meeting
JERRY CITY - The Elmwood Board of Education will hold a special meeting Thursday at 3:30 p.m. to discuss superintendent candidates. The meeting, in the middle school media center, will be held in executive session with no action taken.

County tragedies is Rotary topic
Dick Martin will discuss "Forgotten Tragedies of Wood County" at Thursday's luncheon meeting of the Bowling Green Rotary Club.

Strike affects bloodmobile
GRAND RAPIDS - The Grand Rapids Bloodmobile is canceled for Thursday at Hosanna Lutheran Church due to the strike by Red Cross workers.

History of BG forestry program given Saturday
The Bowling Green Tree Commission on Saturday will offer a history of Bowling Green's urban forestry program, from 9 to 11 a.m., at the Simpson Building meeting room, 1291 Conneaut Ave.
Guest speakers will be Steve Charter, BGSU Center for Archival Collections; Dawn McCaghy, former city tree commission member; and David S. Bienemann, city arborist.
