Memorial Day info requested
Groups planning Memorial Day events should forward the information to the Sentinel-Tribune no later than Tuesday.
A listing of all Wood County events will be published before the holiday.

Bicycle Safety Fair Saturday
A Bicycle Safety Fair, including a youth bicycle rodeo and safety inspection, will be held Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the BG Community Center.
Bicyclists should bring their ride and helmet to receive a free water bottle, get riding tips and a safety inspection from members of the Bicycle Safety Commission.
The event is part of the Kids Health and Safety Fair and the Couch Potato 5K events.
Parents can drive up to the rodeo to drop off bicycles at the west end of the center's parking lot.
Overflow parking will be in the Remtec parking lot on Haskins Road, with a complimentary shuttle back to the rodeo site.

Health board discussses levy
The Wood County Board of Health and Management will meet today at 4 p.m. at the health department to discuss levy issues.

Mexican sampler at Weston Legion
WESTON - American Legion Post No 409 on Main Street will offer a Mexican sampler plate dinner Friday from 5 to 7 p.m.
The cost is an $8 donation and carryouts will be available.

Blood drive on Monday
The American Red Cross will hold a blood drive on Monday from 1 to 6 p.m. at Weston Church of Christ, 13355 Center St.
Walk-ins are welcome.
