BG man dies of suspected drug overdose
A Bowling Green man died of a suspected drug overdose this weekend.
The death of the 30-year-old man was reported Saturday in the 1000 block of Third Street at 6:15 p.m. He
was not able to be revived by first responders.
According to police, drug abuse instruments, including syringes were found at the scene, and the death is
suspected to be from an overdose of heroin.
The matter is under investigation.
NB adjusts water bills
NORTH BALTIMORE – Village council has clarified its stance on utility bill forgiveness relating to frozen
water lines.
"North Baltimore Village Council has determined that those customers directed by village Water
Department personnel to allow their faucets to run a small stream or drip and reviewed and approved by
the Water Department superintendent and village administrator will be subject to a ‘special
circumstances’ allowance for excess water usage as a result of that directive," said Mayor Mike
Julien.
Those customers not experiencing frozen water lines on the village side of the meter will be billed at
the normal rate of consumption.

Council will hold its monthly meeting Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the village hall.
Health board meets Thursday with members
The Wood County Health District Advisory Council will meet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the board room of the
Wood County Health District.
