No Sentinel on Christmas
There will be no issue of the Sentinel-Tribune on Christmas Day.
Today's Sentinel-Tribune contains comics and features for both today and Wednesday.
All federal, state, county and local offices will be closed Wednesday.
Sex offense in N. Baltimore
NORTH BALTIMORE - A sex offense was reported in the village over the weekend.
The Wood County Sheriff's Office was informed of the incident on Friday at 8:28 a.m.
It was reported in the 4000 block of Mitchell Road
Stolen vehicle found burned
LIME CITY - Perrysburg Township police were called to investigate the reported arson of a stolen vehicle last week.
The incident was reported Dec. 16 at 1:46 a.m. in a driveway in the 13000 block of Reitz Road.
The vehicle, a 2001 white Ford Explorer, was fully-involved with the driver's side door open. No one was inside the vehicle, and, according to a police report on the incident, a single set of foot prints led from the vehicle to another set of tire tracks.
The Explorer was owned by a Toledo resident, who had last seen it late on the evening of Dec. 15.
The incident is being investigated as an arson.
Webster Twp. sets meetings
Webster Township Trustees will hold their January through March meetings at 7:30 p.m. instead of 7:30 a.m.
The starting time will revert to 7:30 a.m. in April.
Portage trustees meet Monday
The Portage Township Trustees will hold their year-end meeting Mondayat 7 a.m. at the township hall at the corner of Huffman and Mermill Roads.
Weston trustees meet on Monday
WESTON - Weston Township Trustees will hold their year-end meeting Monday at 10 a.m. in the township hall.
