BGHS concert rescheduled
Due to Bowling Green City Schools being closed today, the BGHS Choir Concert has been moved to Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center.
As a result, the Board of Education meeting scheduled for 5 p.m. will be in the middle school library.
BG utilities board to meet
Bowling Green's Board of Public Utilities has called a special meeting to discuss electric rates for Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. in the City Administrative Services Building, 304 N. Church.
There are no other issues on the agenda.
Two hurt in weekend crashes
Two people were injured in separate crashes over the weekend as winter weather whipped through the county.
The Wood County Sheriff's Office reported that at 5:08 p.m. Saturday, Jessica Bengela, Pemberville, was southbound on Ohio 199, north of Sugar Ridge Road, when she traveled off the right side of the road and struck a pole.
The crash report noted that the roadway was covered with snow and slush at the time.
Bengela sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was taken to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center, Toledo, by Troy Township EMS.
On Sunday at 4:34 a.m., Misty Casiano, McClure, was westbound on U.S. 6, just east of Range Line Road, when she reportedly drove through snow on the roadway and lost control.
The vehicle reportedly then turned approximately 90 degrees and traveled off the roadway to the right side. It rolled once, coming to rest on all four tires.
Casiano sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was taken to Wood County Hospital by Weston EMS.
She was cited for failure to control.

Extended forecast - Partly sunny Wednesday with highs in the lower 30s and lows in the mid 20s. Cloudy Thursday. Highs in the lower 40s. Chance of rain overnight 70 percent. Lows in the mid 30s. On Friday, highs in the mid 40s with a 70-percent chance of rain.

New patients will be matriculating at the Falcon Health Center next month.
