twoLIME CITY – An injury crash sent two people to the hospital Nov. 20.Perrysburg Township Police report
that at 5:43 p.m. Richard Miller, Perrysburg, was northbound on Simmons Road, passing Market Center Drive,
when he was struck in the left rear by a vehicle driven by David Konieczny, Rossford, who was eastbound on
Market Center.According to the report, Konieczny failed to observe Miller in the right-of-way, causing the
crash.Both drivers reported neck pain.Miller sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was taken to Mercy
Emergency Services, Perrysburg.Konieczny transported himself to an unknown hospital.Konieczny was cited for
