order to allow employees to observe the Thanksgiving Day holiday.Today’s newspaper contains comics and
related features for both days, along with an expanded television listing.Today’s paper also includes
numerous advertising inserts, which may cause delivery may cause delivery to be later than normal.Rossford
woman cited in hit-skipROSSFORD – A city woman has been cited following a Saturday accident in which two
pedestrians were struck.Rossford Police Chief Glenn Goss said that the incident was reported at 8:25 p.m. in
the parking lot of Giant Eagle on U.S. 20.Goss said at that time Heidi Kanary, 49, Rossford, struck a
shopping cart carrying a 3-year-old Toledo boy. The boy fell out of the cart, and the cart also struck his
33-year-old father.Kanary then reportedly drove from the scene, and the vehicle later struck a utility pole
on Lime City Road near Glenwood School.Kanary was cited for operating a vehicle while under the influence
and failure to control, and taken to an area hospital by Perrysburg Township Fire/EMS.She was to be
arraigned today in Perrysburg Municipal Court.The man and his son, whose identities have not yet been
released, refused treatment at the scene.The investigation is ongoing, pending possible additional
charges.Food for Fines at BG, Walbridge"Food for Fines" donations are back this holiday season at
the Wood County District Public Library.Donations of non-perishable food made at the main library, at 251 N.
Main St., Bowling Green; the Walbridge Branch Library at 108 N. Main St., Walbridge; and the WCDPL
Bookmobile from Dec. 1 through close of business Dec. 15 will be accepted as "payment" for overdue
book fines. Fees for lost or damaged materials are excluded from this offer.In Bowling Green food donations
will go to the BG Christian Food Pantry program. In Walbridge donations will go to the Main Street United
