No Sentinel on Monday
In observance of Veterans Day there will be no issue of the Sentinel-Tribune Monday.
Today's issue contains comics and features for both today and Monday.
Most offices closed Monday
Federal, state, county and city offices will be closed Monday for Veterans Day.
Also closed Monday will be the Wood County District Public Library, Bowling Green Municipal Court and the Wood County Landfill.
Bowling Green's trash collection schedule will be delayed one day all week.
Dinner to benefit Honor Flight
A Veterans Day chili dinner will be held Monday from 4 to 6 p.m. at Sterling House, 121 N. Wintergarden Road.
Reservations are requested for the free event at 419-354-5300.
Donations will be accepted for Honor Flight.
BG loan meeting Thursday a.m.
Bowling Green's Revolving Loan Fund Committee will meet Thursday at 9:30 a.m. in the conference room of the Bowling Green Community Development Foundation, 121 E. Wooster St.
The committee will consider applications for the Business Revolving Loan Fund and to review changes to RLF Policy and Procedures Manual.
This meeting is open to the public.
Weston council changes date
WESTON - Village Council has moved their upcoming meeting to Nov. 14 at 6 p.m. from Nov. 18.
BG records group to meet
Bowling Green's Records Commission will meet at 2 p.m. Thursday in Council Chambers of the City Administrative Services Building, 304 N. Church St.
The purpose of the meeting is to approve records retention schedules, changes to retention schedules, and applications for one-time disposal of obsolete records. The commission will also review and consider Certificates of Record Disposal (RC-3) forms.
