Sex offense reported in Weston
WESTON - The Wood County Sheriff's Office was informed of a sex offense occurring in the village on Friday.
The incident allegedly took place in the 20000 block of Taylor Street at 12:26 a.m.

Wayne Library meeting changed
WAYNE - The Wayne Public Library Board has combined its October and November meetings into one, that will be held Nov. 4 at 1 p.m.

BG cancels BPU meeting
Bowling Green's Board of Public Utilities has canceled its Monday meeting due to a lack of agenda items.
The next scheduled meeting Oct. 28 at 5 p.m.

Sewer work on S. Main
South Main Street north of Gypsy Lane Road will carry traffic restrictions for at least the next week due to sewer repairs.
Through the weekend, the southbound curb lane of South Main Street will be closed.
As of Monday and continuing throughout the week, both northbound and southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
Traffic delays are expected.  Access to all businesses will be maintained.  However, some driveway and turning restrictions will be imposed.

Give blood in Perrysburg
PERRYSBURG - A Red Cross Bloodmobile has been scheduled for Monday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Way Public Library, 101 E. Indiana Ave.
Other American Red Cross blood drives in Wood County are:
• Oct. 20,  9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Greater Toledo Islamic Center, 25877 Scheider Road, Perrysburg Appointments only for this drive. Register at 800-733-2767.
• Oct. 25, 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Stadium View Apartments, 1700 Juniper Dr.
