Bicyclist hurt in Perrysburg
PERRYSBURG - One teen was injured Tuesday in a crash at East Boundary Street, just south of Ohio 795 in the city.
Perrysburg Police report that at about 4 p.m. Mark Masters, Perrysburg, was northbound on East Boundary in a Ford F-250 when he attempted to make a right turn onto Route 795.
At that time, Griffen Barkley, 14, Perrysburg, was bicycling westbound on the sidewalk on the south side of Route 795. He then attempted to cross East Boundary Street and ran into the side of Masters' vehicle.
Griffen, who was not wearing a helmet, was taken to St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee, by Perrysburg EMS with non-incapacitating injuries.
A citation in the incident has not been assigned.

Driver hurt in rear-end crash
NORTHWOOD - One person was injured in a crash reported in the city on Monday.
Northwood Police report that at 1:05 p.m. Saul Gilmore, Toledo, and Rhoda Vandenberg, Martin, were both stopped northbound in traffic on Oregon Road at the Wales Road intersection. A third vehicle, driven by Gabriel Ault, Petersburg, Mich., then struck Vandenberg's vehicle, which then struck Gilmore.
Vandenberg sustained non-incapacitating injuries and was taken to St. Charles Hospital, Oregon, by Northwood EMS.
Ault was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

Parking issues addressed in BG
Bowling Green's Traffic Commission will be asked to approval four parking issues and elect officers at its 7 p.m. Wednesday meeting.
Safety Director John Fawcett has asked the commission to:
•    Approve the extension of the no parking zone on the east side of South Grove Street near the Wooster Street intersection by relocating the "no parking here to corner sign" to approximately 85 feet south of the intersection.
•    Approve installation of "no parking" signs on the east side of North Grove Street between Clay Street and Conneaut Ave.
•    Approve "no parking" signs along the south side of Hamilton court from Revere Drive to (but not including) the cul-de-sac.
•    Approve "no parking on Trash Day, 7A-11A" on the Hamilton Court cul-de-sac.
