Concert tonight at Way Library
PERRYSBURG - Way Library closes its 2013 Summer Reading Program with a free family concert tonight at 7.
Local favorite Eddie Boggs, of Sylvania, headlines an evening of fun and wholesome family entertainment which marks the end of the library's summer events.
The concert will take place inside the library on the main level, and no reservations are needed.
Light refreshments will be served.

Attempted home break-in reported in BG today
An unidentified man attempted to gain entry to a residence on North Enterprise Street early this morning.
Bowling Green received a call from a woman in the 800 block of North Enterprise around 1:30 a.m. stating that a white male was attempting to gain entry to the apartment via a window.
The male was reportedly yelling at the woman and stating "that he was breaking in." He later left the window and the resident said he may have gone around to the front door.
The resident indicated that the man may have been intoxicated.
Officers searched the area but were not able to find the man. A male was sited running into a nearby building shortly after officers left, but he was not located.

Food pantry, school supply drive Monday
The monthly mobile food pantry, provided by Food For Thought and sponsored by the Ladies Auxiliary of Lake Township Station 1 in Walbridge, will be Monday from 5 to7 p.m.  New patrons should bring proof of address and picture I.D. A free meal will also be served to those coming to the pantry from 4 to 6 p.m.
The Firebelles are also sponsoring a school supply drive to help those families in the Lake Local School District that need help with supplies. If you are in need or know someone who is, please share this information. Firebelles will begin distribution of these supplies beginning at 4 p.m.

Pills stolen from BG home
An unknown individual reportedly broke into a South College Drive residence Wednesday and stole prescription medication.
The incident was reported to Bowling Green Police Thursday at 10:35 a.m.
A woman reported that entry was made into the apartment around 4 p.m. on Wednesday, in the 700 block of South College, and as many as 40 Ritalin pills were taken.
