Haskins group meets Tuesday
HASKINS - The Haskins Streets and Utilities Committee will meet Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the town hall.
Topics of discussion will be the retention pond, generator and Church Street.

Ohio 281 gets lots of attention
Ohio 281 in Wood County is getting a lot of attention from the Ohio Department of Transportation.
Through August, Route 281, between the Henry-Wood County Line Road and Ohio 235 will be reduced to one lane for resurfacing. Traffic will be maintained by flaggers.
Beginning Tuesday through Route 281, between I-75 and Huffman Road will be closed for bridge repair.
Beginning Tuesday through August, Route 281, between Albert Lane near Custar and Milton Road, will be closed for bridge work.  
All work is weather permitting.

Board of Health to meet Monday
The Wood County Board of Health has called a special meeting for Monday at 7 p.m. in the Health District Board Room, 1840 E. Gypsy Lane Road.
The board plans to discuss an application to become a federally-qualified health center.

BG taxi board meets Tuesday
Bowling Green's Taxicab Board of Review will meet Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. to review a taxi driver license.
The meeting will be held in the Third Floor Conference room of the City Administrative Services Building, 304 N. Church St.

Horger program takes a break
WBGU-FM's Dave Horger will be on vacation next week. His show will return July 23 at 6 a.m.
