East Wooster down to one lane
Beginning Monday, the city of Bowling Green will replace a water main on the north side of East Wooster Street, between Prospect and Summit streets.
One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction on East Wooster Street during the work. The project is expected to take approximately two weeks, weather permitting.
During construction, the sidewalk in the construction zone will be closed. Access to residences and businesses in the construction area will be maintained.

Wolfly closed on Monday
Wolfly Avenue, between North Main and North Grove streets, will be closed on Monday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for tree removal.
Some parking restrictions will be posted. Access to residences will be maintained.

Port authority meets Monday
The Wood County Port Authority will meet Monday at 7:30 a.m. at the Northwestern Water and Sewer District office, 12560 Middleton Pike.

Montgomery Twp. Trustees meet Tuesday
BRADNER - The regular meeting of the Montgomery Township Trustees originally scheduled for Tuesday has been rescheduled for Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the township building, 1950 Mermill Road.

Apply for food assistance
PORTAGE - Help is available for low-income citizens of Wood County who cannot provide healthy food for themselves and their families.
Toledo Area Ministries has partnered with Wood County Job and Family Services to provide prescreening and application support for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (Ohio Direction card).  
A TAM/SNAP case manager will be at Christ United Methodist Church, 301 W. Main St., on Wednesday from noon to 1:30 p.m. Call (419) 654-4744 for an appointment. Walk-ins are welcome. The application process takes 20 minutes.
Bring proof of identity, social security card, child-dependent care, child support paid for children not living with you, housing, utilities, medical costs for people with disabilities or for people who are over age 60 (including prescriptions).
