Fish fry at BG Eagles
The Bowling Green Eagles will hold a fish fry Friday from 5 to 8 p.m.
The cost for the all-you-can-eat meal is $8.
The public is welcome.

Family fun at Simpson Park
Families are invited to Simpson Garden Park, 1291 Conneaut Ave., on Friday at 10:30 a.m. for worm stories and fun activities.
This summer, sign up to "DIG into Reading" at the Wood County District Public Library. Read or listen to books for points, and earn prizes.

Perrysburg hosts First Friday
PERRYSBURG - First Friday festivities will again return to the downtown area Friday from 6 to 9 p.m.
This event, presented by Downtown Perrysburg Inc. and ProMedica St. Luke's Hospital, will feature live music by Jeff Tucker and the Beach.
Also at First Friday will be Chortie the Clown, the YMCA Fun Bus, train rides, a climbing wall, a funhouse, kids' activities, and more than 20 different vendors.

Relay for Life in Perrysburg
PERRYSBURG - Relay for Life Northern Wood County will hold its 16th annual event Friday beginning at 6 p.m. and going to Saturday at noon.
The event will take place on the lawn of the Commodore Building, 140 E. Indiana Ave., in the downtown area.
As of Wednesday, 18 teams have raised more than $9,200, according to the event's Web site.

State court conference in Perrysburg
PERRYSBURG - The Ohio Bailiffs and Court Officers Association will hold its training conference at the Holiday Inn in Perrysburg on Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The training agenda for the conference has been finalized. There will be an evening banquet to close the conference on Saturday.
