Sentinel cuts Toledo line
As of today, the Sentinel-Tribune will no longer have a Toledo area phone line. The Bowling Green area
line (419-352-4611) will remain.
As a reminder, there will be a voice message for three months that will direct anyone who calls on the
419-385-7311 number to instead use 419-352-4611.
Kiwanis Club hears about elder abuse
The program for the Bowling Green Kiwanis Club meeting on Thursday will address elder abuse awareness.
Mari Carol Torsok will present the program at noon at Stone Ridge Golf Club.
Rotary Club hears update on BGPD
The program for the Rotary Club of Bowling Green meeting Thursday will be an update on the city’s police
division by Chief Brad Conner.
The meeting starts at 11:40 a.m. at the BG Country Club.
NB thrift store closed
NORTH BALTIMORE – The St. Vincent de Paul Store in the village has indicated it will be closed until
further notice.
Until it reopens, the store will not be accepting donations.
XBox console stolen in BG
A burglary incident, in which thieves reportedly got away with video game equipment, was reported on
Sunday.
Bowling Green Police were informed of the incident just after 2 a.m. in the 900 block of Klotz Road.
An XBox 360 video game console was reported stolen in the incident.
Coffee with a Cop in Rossford
ROSSFORD – The police department here will hold "Coffee with a Cop" Thursday at 9 a.m. at Tim
Horton’s, 1011 Buck Road.
Chief Glenn Goss will be present to answer questions and meet with citizens for approximately one hour.
During the event, the restaurant will offer $1 and free police travel mugs, while supplies last.
