BGHS senior artists show their work
The Bowling Green High School Art Depart-ment is inviting the public to take part in its annual
a-MAY-zing and Senior Studio art shows Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the high school.
Senior Studio Awards will start at 6 p.m.
Two teens injured in weekend crash
HASKINS – Two Waterville teens were injured in a Saturday crash on Tontogany Creek Road at Robinson Road,
west of the village.
The Bowling Green Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol reports that at 4:40 p.m. Erin Connelly, 17,
Waterville, was driving northbound on Tontogany Creek Road when she failed to negotiate a turn and
traveled off the left side of the road, striking a tree.
She and her passenger, Lydia Stover, 14, Waterville, were taken to St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee, by
Middleton Township EMS.
Connelly was cited for failure to control.
Driver hurt in Perrysburg accident
PERRYSBURG – One person was injured in a Thursday crash at Ohio 25, just south of Interstate 475 in the
city.
Perrysburg Police report that at 5:11 p.m. Anne Keel, Toledo, was stopped in traffic southbound on Route
25 when she was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Kaylinne Gasser Broghan, Northwood, which was
unable to stop in time.
Keel was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee, by Perrysburg EMS with non-incapacitating injuries.
Gasser Broghan was cited for assured clear distance ahead.
