Middle school honors choir Sat. at BGSU
The Bowling Green State University A Cappella Choir and director Mark Munson are hosting the second BGSU
Annual Middle School Honors Chorus on Saturday.
Sixty seventh- and eighth-graders from 16 schools will rehearsing from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. when there will
be a public performance in Kobacker Hall.
During the concert the A Cappella Choir will sing a few pieces, then the Honors Chorus will sing, and
then there will be a combined piece.
Farm market at Stimmel’s opens Sat.
Stimmel’s Saturday Farmer’s Market starts tomorrow, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
This Saturday there will be Porkbelly BBQ ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, honey, maple syrup, beeswax lip
balm, meat and farm fresh eggs.
The market runs every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. until Nov. 22 at Stimmel’s Market, 1220 W. Wooster
St.
BG committees meet Wed.
Bowling Green’s Transit Advisory Committee will meet Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in the City Administrative
Services Building, 304 N. Church St.
First quarter fiscal and operating reports, grant applications, marketing and other reports will be
reviewed.
The Vehicle Accident Prevention Committee will meet immediately following.
