Stamp Out Hunger drive Saturday
Saturday is the National Association of Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.
Carriers will be collecting non-perishable food items.
Residents should leave donations in a bag near their mailbox for pickup
Donated items will be taken to local food banks.
Jerry City hosts village garage sale
Jerry City will host its sixth community garage sale Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A wide range of items will be offered. Maps for the sale, along with a list of some items, will be available at the participating homes and the post office at 460 Main St.
Restrooms will be available in the Village Hall.
Drama club holds garage sale Saturday
The Bowling Green High School Drama Club is holding a Rummage and Bake Sale on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 200 N. Summit St.
All proceeds benefit the club's trip to the International Thespian Festival in June.
Contra Dance is Saturday
The Second Saturday Contra Dance will be this at Rossford United Methodist Church, 270 Dixie Highway, off I-75 exit 199, one-half mile past the Hollywood Casino.
The dance will run from 7 to 10:30 p.m. with instruction from 7 to 7:30.
Beginners and families are welcome. Partners are not necessary.
The cost is $7 for adults and $5 for students. Children under 11 are admitted free.
