Elmwood PTO holds inside garage sale
JERRY CITY – The Elmwood PTO is planning its first Community Garage Sale for this weekend.
On Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., the Community Center will be open for
shopping from area vendors and crafters.
Non-vendor booths include personalized Elmwood art, antiques, artwork, handmade headbands-bows-hats,
baked goods, quilts, fleece blankets, as well as normal household garage sale items.
Sleep issues discussed
Wood County Hospital is presenting "Sleep Disorders: Breaking the Myths and Finding the
Solutions" on Tuesday in the hospital meeting rooms.
The program is being offered as part of the hospital’s Health Matters series for 2014.
Kristal Eichenlaub, registered sleep specialist from the Wood County Hospital Sleep Disorders Center,
will discuss sleep apnea and other sleep disorders and how they can be treated.
The program is free and open to the public. Registration is required.

Relay for Life team holds silent auction
The Nancy Ullum Relay for Life team is holding its silent auction today until 4 p.m. and Friday from 9
a.m. to 4 p.m. at 541 Pearl St. The team’s goal this year is to raise $10,086.17.
A list of available items is available on the Nancy Ullum Relay for Life Facebook page and is updated
frequently. Phone bids/raises are accepted on Friday afternoon at 419-575-2526.
