Haskins committee meets tonight
The Haskins Village Streets and Facilities Committee will be meeting tonight at 6:30 p.m. in the village hall.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss various topics.

BG VFW will be hopping
The VFW Post 1148 at 719 S. Main St., Bowling Green will host events Friday and Saturday
Friday from 4:30 to 7 p.m. a Mexican lasagna dinner will be served. Carry-outs will be available. Call (419) 353-6371.
Saturday there will be karaoke from 8 p.m. to midnight.

Clothing closet is open Saturday
GRAND RAPIDS - The Otsego Area Clothing Closet is open the first Saturday of each month from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for area residents.
The Clothing Closet offers free clothes and accessories to men, women and children.
It is located at the First Presbyterian Church, 24241 Beaver Street, at the corner of West Second Street and Beaver Street.

Commission cancels meeting
Bowling Green's Planning Commission has canceled its March 6 meeting due to a lack of agenda items.
The next scheduled meeting is April 3 at 7 p.m. in the City Administrative Services Building, 304 N. Church St.

Bradner Day in the Park plans fundraisers
On March 16, Bradner Day in the Park Committee will hold a New Item Auction at the Bradner Fire Station starting at 7 p.m. Doors open at 6:30.
The committee would greatly appreciate any donations towards this event.
On April 5, the group will hold another comedy night at the Bradner Fire Station. Advance tickets are $10 and $15 at door. Doors open at 7 p.m. and show starts at 8.
Featured comedians are Bill Bushart - Detroit's Funniest Comedian featuring Dan Simon and Emcee Andrew O'Neal.
On April 13, the committee will be taking a one-day Amish bus trip to Berlin, Walnut Creek and Lehmans Hardware in Kidron. Cost is $60 per person.
The deadline to reserve a seat is March 15.

Bradner Legion holds dinner
BRADNER — The Bradner American Legion will serve a baked steak dinner Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the legion hall on Crocker Street.
The cost is $6.
Reservations will be taken, but are not required.
