City looks at hiring lists Bowling Green's Civil Service Commission will meet at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the Personnel Department in the City Administrative Services Building, at 304 N. Church St. The purpose of the meeting is to establish certified lists to hire certain positions. Woman hurt in Friday crash WAYNE - One woman was taken to Wood County Hospital Friday following a crash southeast of the village. The Wood County Sheriff's Office reports that just after 11 p.m. Amanda May, Bradner, was westbound on Adams Road, just south of Ohio 281, when she drove off the right side of the road and into a field. A report on the crash indicated that the vehicle was damaged by "flipping around" in the field. May was taken to the hospital by Bradner EMS with possible injuries. Perrysburg administrator is guest speaker PERRYSBURG - On Tuesday at 7 p.m., Way Library and the Perrysburg League of Women Voters bring new Perrysburg City Administrator Bridgette Kabat to the library for "A View of Perrysburg." In this talk, Kabat will share her experiences so far as City Administrator, including a recap of how the city performed in 2012 and her expectations for 2013, and she will take questions from the audience. Kabat joined Perrysburg as administrator in July of 2012 after 18 years in various leadership roles with the Board of Lucas County Commissioners.
