One injured in crash on Ohio 25
One person was injured in a two-vehicle crash at Ohio 25 and Bishop Road on Friday.
Further information was unavailable, but one person was transported to Wood County Hospital with unspecified injuries following the crash at about 6:35 p.m., according to the Wood County Sheriff's Office.

BG wants cars off streets for snow removal
Bowling Green will impose parking restrictions on certain streets starting Monday to assist workers clearing accumulated snow.
Streets will be marked with orange signs ordering "No parking temporary police order" between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the following areas:
• Monday: Palmer Avenue between Main and South Summit streets, Georgia Avenue.
• Tuesday: Byall Avenue and Ada Avenue.

Health committee meets Monday
The Wood County Board of Health Personnel Committee will meet Monday at 12:30 p.m. at the Wood County Health District.
The Wood County Board of Health will meet Thursday at 6 p.m. in the Wood County Health District.

'Mr. Popper's' is Chit Chat topic
Multiple copies of the classic "Mr. Popper's Penguins" novel are available to check out at the Children's Place desk of the Wood County District Public Library. "Novel Chit Chats," an adult-youth book discussion group, will meet on Monday at 7 p.m. to discuss this 1939 Newbery Honor Book by Richard and Florence Atwater.
The following Sunday, Feb. 16, the Children's Place will host a "Penguin Party" from 2 to 4 p.m. during Winterfest Weekend. Families are encouraged to come in black and white.

BGSU gets report of sexual assault
Bowling Green State University police are investigating a reported sexual assault that occurred on campus last weekend.
The incident was reported Jan. 31 at 2:11 p.m. at Kriescher-Darrow residence hall. Additional details were not available.
