The League of Women Voters of Bowling Green is hosting a public forum titled "The School Puzzle" on Monday at 7 p.m. in the meeting room of the Wood County District Public Library, 251 N. Main St.
Topics to be addressed by panelists are: What are the educational services available for Bowling Green Schools students? Where does the funding come from? How will the governor's proposed state budget impact these services?
Panelists will be Kyle Kanuckle, superintendent of the Wood County Educational Service Center; Ann McVey, superintendent of Bowling Green Schools, and Ron Matter, superintendent of Penta Career Center.
The panel will share information and answer questions.
According to Maria Simon and Ellen Dalton, co-chairs of the League Education Committee, the committee's local education study has been investigating what programs, resources and opportunities are available in our schools.
The forum is free and open to the public.
