On July 15-21, the International Jugglers' Association will be visiting Bowling Green. More than 500 jugglers will be in town, which means businesses have the opportunity to become a "Juggler Friendly Zone."
A "Juggler Friendly Zone" is a special discount/deal for the jugglers to use. Examples of offers may be a free appetizer, 10 percent discount on purchase, or buy one get one free. Jugglers will be informed of offers through a brochure. Participation is free. All offers need to be in by the end of June. Contact the Convention and Visitors Bureau office at (419) 353-9445 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with any questions.
Volunteers are needed on July 19 to assist with a parade and Buskers Competition. The parade will kick off at 5 p.m. from the BGSU Field House and stop on North Main Street. Then there will be a competition in the Huntington Bank and Flower Basket parking lots where jugglers will compete.
