School Districts:
McComb Local School District Renewal – Income tax; one-half percent (0.5%) current operating expenses;
five (5) years; beginning January 1, 2015
Northwood Local School District Income Tax w/Bond Issue-Income Tax one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) for
current operating expenses, for a continuing period of time and Bond Issue of $10,870,000, thirty-seven
(37) years, four and nine tenths (4.9) mills; constructing school facilities under the Classroom
Facilities Assistance Program of the Ohio School Facilities Commission and locally funded initiatives
related thereto; furnishing and equipping the same; improving the sites thereof and acquiring interests
in land relating thereto
Patrick Henry Local School District Replacement – Tax levy; (1.9) mills; permanent improvements;
