Indictments issued for trafficking, assault, grand theft, trespassing

A Detroit man was indicted by a Wood County grand jury last week on a total of 11 charges related to a
drug case.
He was among 18 to be indicted.
James Harrison, 33, Detroit, was indicted on one count of possession of criminal tools, two counts of
aggravated trafficking, two counts of trafficking in drugs, one count of trafficking in marijuana, two
counts of aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of possession of drugs, and one count of possession
of marijuana.
The charges stem from an April incident on Interstate 75 near milepost 199 near Northwood.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported they stopped Harrison for a speed and license plate violation and
searched the vehicle after detecting an odor of marijuana.
More than 1,700 prescription pills were reportedly found, as well as 125 grams of marijuana – all with a
street value of approximately $55,000.
Also indicted was Austin Provencio, 19, Bowling Green, on a charge of unlawful sexual contact with a
minor.
The charge stems from a January incident in which he allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a
14-year-old juvenile.
The charge notes that Provencio was at least four years older than the alleged victim.
Additionally indicted were:
• Teresa Baumer, 39, North Baltimore: felonious assault.
• Kevin Briggs, 34, Toledo: trafficking in marijuana.
• Robert Cash, 27, Perrysburg: domestic violence.
• Nelson Casiano, 36, Cleveland: carrying a concealed weapon (two counts), having weapons while under
disability (two counts).
• Kimberly Combs, 55, North Baltimore: grand theft.
• Aaron Fisher, 42, Cygnet: grand theft.
• Shawn Hudson, 27, Toledo: burglary, trespass in a habitation.
• Nathaniel Lewis Jr., 22, Toledo: felonious assault.
• Enrique Ortiz, 39, Millbury: possession of heroin.
• Miguel Peiro Jr., 31, Toledo: identity fraud.
• Zane Rose, 28, Bowling Green: failure to appear as required by recognizance.
• Margaret Silva, 56, Perrysburg: grand theft.
• Caleb Skotynsky, 22, Perrysburg: possession of heroin.
• Brian Wanta, 56, Las Vegas, Nevada: grand theft.
• Mollee Wise, 32, Toledo: theft, forgery.
• Mark Woelke, 39, Bradner: assault, tampering with evidence.
A bill of information was handed up for:
• Joshua Morales, 38, Toledo: possession of drugs.
