PERRYSBURG – A hotel project with several retail outlets is planned at the southeast corner of Levis
Commons.
Holiday Inn Express has submitted a preliminary plan to construct a four-story hotel at the northwest
corner of the intersection of Ohio 25 and Roachton Road.
Few details were included in the plan and company representatives only partially responded to a request
for additional information Friday.
The hotel is planned to open in 2016 and will contain 110 rooms, said Manjusha Sharma, a communication
specialist for InterContinental Hotels Group, which owns Holiday Inn and other hotel brands.
The plan designates one space for an anchor retail store near the intersection, with the hotel
immediately to the west. Also included are places for two restaurants and two other potential retailers.

Possible tenants for retail space are not identified on the plan.
