Four area men have been indicted with rape, gross sexual imposition and/or sexual battery with teens. They include a Millbury man who used to be a substitute teacher for Rossford Schools and is charged with sexual battery.
All were among those indicted by a Wood County grand jury on Wednesday.
Jacob S. Kubuske, 28, of Millbury, is facing one count of sexual battery, a third-degree felony, for his alleged actions in June 2011 with a teenage student where he was employed with the school.
Lucas T. Dezanett, 37, of Bradner, is facing three counts of rape and one count of gross sexual imposition. The rape charges allege actions with a 12-year-old girl between October 2010 and October 2011. The gross sexual imposition charge involves the same victim on or about Dec. 17, 2006, when the victim was only eight. The rape charges are all first-degree felonies while the gross sexual imposition is a third-degree offense.
Ronald J. Doogs, 39, of Fostoria, is facing one count of rape, two counts of sexual battery, one charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and one count of gross sexual imposition.
According to the indictment, the alleged rape and related charges all took place between April 16 and May 24, 2012 with a 13-year-old female victim. The sexual battery charges allege the victim was impaired and unaware the act was being committed. The conduct with a minor count is related to her age while the sexual imposition charge involves her inability to resist or consent. The rape charge is a first-degree offense; the gross sexual imposition is a fourth-degree felony; and other counts are all third-degree felony charges.
Agustin Salatiel Gonzalez-Perez, 23, of Bowling Green, was indicted for gross sexual imposition for his alleged actions on May 17 with a 13-year-old girl. His charge is a fourth-degree felony.
