Five people, including two Bowling Green residents, were indicted for robbery and/or theft charges by the May 15 session of the Wood County Grand Jury.
Cody J. Devor, 28, of Mt. Blanchard, was indicted for aggravated robbery and theft of drugs. According to court records, Devor is alleged to have had a gun and threatened to begin shooting when handing a note to a pharmacy technician at Rite Aid Pharmacy in Rossford on April 10.
He is said to have told the employee after demanding drugs, "I will start shooting if you run or hit alarm. I will start shooting. Wait until I leave to call the cops because I do not care if I die today and I will take you with me if you hit alarm or try anything. Just bring me what I asked for and fast."
Each of his charges carries a firearm specification.
Travis A. Kinder, 29, of Bowling Green, was indicted for robbery. He is charged with an April 3 robbery of an intoxicated victim with a large sum of cash which the victim had allegedly displayed at more than one downtown establishment. The indictment includes a specification for possible forfeiture of a 2001 Mercedes.
Angel M. Johnson, 36, also Bowling Green, was indicted for theft in regard to a Woodforest MasterCard and/or PNC debit card from a March 18 incident.
Chad Raymond Schmieder, 33, of Toledo, was indicted for theft and misuse of credit cards. According to court records Schmieder used an elderly victim's credit card to pilfer nearly $1,600 with her credit card on one or more transactions from April 3 to April 24.
Christopher R. Walter, 19, of Findlay, was charged with three counts of theft. The first count involves theft of a purse containing a credit card on Aug. 1, 2012; the second count on the same date involved a Dell laptop computer and the purse; and the third count involves two credit cards in regard to an incident on Oct. 5.
Others indicted include:
•    Two Columbus men, Kevin L. Hayden, 30, and Anthony Valdez, 31, as co-defendants, each with trafficking in drugs and drug possession.
•    Two Toledo residents, Quentin M. Banks, 41, and Evert J. Belcher, 42, as co-defendants, each with trafficking in cocaine, trafficking in heroin, as well as counts of possession of both substances.

In that case his motion for an intervention in lieu of conviction is still pending.
