Five going to prison on drug, breaking and entering charges PDF Print E-mail

Five people were sentenced to prison recently in the Wood County Court of Common Pleas.
Phillip Wright, 33, Rudolph, was sentenced to six months in prison and fined $2,700 after pleading guilty to one count of possession of cocaine. The charge stemmed from a 2011 incident in Perrysburg.
William Fuller, 39, Toledo, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for one count of having weapons under disability with a gun specification following a 2012 incident in Perrysburg.
Timothy Dean, 25, was sentenced to 11 months after pleading guilty to one count of trafficking in drugs and one count each of trafficking in heroin and trafficking in cocaine following a March incident in Wood County. His driver's license was also suspended for two years, and he was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine.
Dean, whose current address is the jail, received 11 months for each count, but the sentences are to be served concurrently, for a total of 11 months.
Eddie Marshall, 42, Eastpointe, Mich., was sentenced to 36 months in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs. Two other counts were dismissed as part of a plea deal.
The charges stem from a November incident in Portage.
Dominic Norway, 21, Findlay, was sentenced to 17 months in prison after pleading guilty to breaking and entering, two counts of trespass in a habitation, and receiving stolen property.
He received a total of 56 months in prison for the four counts, but the sentences are to be served concurrently, amounting to 17 months in total.
